I have had the privilege to be associated with Yonemoto Physical Therapy Services (YPTS) in a contractual arrangement wherein YPTS provides physical therapy services to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP), where I am the Medical Director, for approximately 1-1/2 years.
This association was first initiated by DWP putting out a Request for Proposal (RFP) which YPTS responded to and won in a competitive bid process. In order to win the bid, YPTS had to convince DWP that YPTS could perform the requested physical therapy services at a high level of quality and in a cost efficient manner.
Now that YPTS has been providing the actual physical therapy services to DWP for the past 1-1/2 years, I have been able to directly observe their high quality of patient care. It is apparent to me that quality care is their primary consideration and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of physical therapy services.
