I have had the privilege to be associated with Yonemoto Physical Therapy Services (YPTS) in a contractual arrangement wherein YPTS provides physical therapy services to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (DWP), where I am the Medical Director, for approximately 1-1/2 years.

This association was first initiated by DWP putting out a Request for Proposal (RFP) which YPTS responded to and won in a competitive bid process. In order to win the bid, YPTS had to convince DWP that YPTS could perform the requested physical therapy services at a high level of quality and in a cost efficient manner.

Now that YPTS has been providing the actual physical therapy services to DWP for the past 1-1/2 years, I have been able to directly observe their high quality of patient care. It is apparent to me that quality care is their primary consideration and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of physical therapy services.

In November, 1991, the Alhambra School District initiated a “trial” program with Yonemoto Physical Therapy Services, Inc. for treatment of our employees with industrial injuries. I’m happy to acknowledge that five years later, almost to the day, we have continued this relationship.

The facilities at Yonemoto have consistently proven to be of the highest quality available in the Vest San Gabriel Valley. They are maintained with the utmost standards and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
