Hello Qigong Students!

This message is for all the qigong students who come to the Tuesday night practices. I just wanted to inform you that for this next Tuesday, June 18. There will be no qigong practice, I am taking the evening off to attend an event. I just wanted to let you know in case you missed this the last time we spoke.

I will have my qigong class for Thursday, June 20 at 7 pm to 8:30 pm and remember I will also not have any qigong classes on Saturday, June 22nd. I will be out of town. I hope you enjoy that weekend with your friends and family.

Sincerely,

Sheila Yonemoto
